What is the Shift-Appens’26 CTF?

CSLab (Cibersecurity Lab) is excited to announce a Capture The Flag (CTF) challenge for the DEI community. This event is designed to spark interest in cybersecurity, stimulate logical reasoning and provide a hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Who can participate?

Whether you are already curious about the field or just taking your first steps, this event is for you.

• No prior knowledge is required: You just need the will to learn and solve challenges.

• Format: You can participate in-person at Pavilhão CF União de Coimbra or remotely (Online).

Prizes

• The winning team will receive a prize provided by the Shift APPens organization
• Prize eligibility applies only to participants attending Shift APPens in person
• Remote participation in the CTF is also possible (within available capacity), with a separate leaderboard for remote teams (not eligible for prizes)
